Terms and Conditions:

1. I/We named above (and the undersigned in the Reseller Application Form to be sent to me/us) hereby request Interactive Electronics CC to open a trading Account under the name mentioned above.

2. I/We accept full responsibility for all costs incurred (including Attorney and Client fees where applicable) in the recovery of any overdue amount.

3. I/We agree that the address of the Customers principal place of business shall be the domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes, whether in respect of court process, notices or other documents or communications, of whatever nature.

4. I/We accept that Interactive Electronics CC will remain the owners of goods supplied to me/us until payment is made in full either by Cash or Bank Guaranteed Cheque.

5. Until further notice all transactions shall be paid for on a Pre-paid Basis.

6. The risk of all goods purchased shall pass immediately to the customer in cases where goods are delivered by courier service. The courier shall be deemed to be the customer’s agent and liability is still entrusted to the customer.

7. Credit will only be passed on goods, if returned within 7 days of receipt. The purchase invoice, unopened item in original packaging , containing manuals and accessories need to be returned to us. Goods/Packaging damaged in any way, will not be considered for credit or exchange. (All goods returned are subject to a 10% handling fee).

8. It is agreed that the customer inspects the merchandise on signing the delivery note.

9. All pages of the of the Reseller Application Form (to be sent to me/us) are to be dated and initialed by the Director(s) – Owner(s) – Partner (s) and Witness.

10. Only the original completed copy of the Reseller Application will be accepted for processing.

11. I/We hereby confirm that all the information supplied in this application is true and correct.
